GENERAL

• Only individuals can enroll in the Plan; enrollment is not permissible for other entities like companies, partnership firms, proprietorship concerns, Trusts, Hindu Undivided Families (HUF), or NRI Customers. Minors may enroll only through their natural guardians.
• The Customer is required to provide a copy of his/her photo identity and address proof documents such as Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, PAN Card, or any other document issued by the Government, along with bank account details, at the time of enrollment.
• Chungath Jewellery reserves the right to verify the identity of the Customer by means of SMS and/or OTP generation or by any other means at any time, including at the time of enrollment and at the time of concluding the purchase and taking delivery of the jewellery. Chungath Jewellery also reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents provided by the Customer.
• Payments can be made at Chungath Jewellery stores or through the Chungath Jewellery App.
• Accumulated advances can be redeemed in the form of gold jewellery, silver jewellery, or diamond jewellery only.
• All rights are reserved by Chungath Jewellery.
• Premature withdrawal from the plan before the completion of the plan will not entitle the customer to any benefits under the plan.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds under the Plan, if any, will be made by cheque in the name of the account holder as specified in the Enrolment Form or by online transfer to the bank account as specified in the Enrolment Form. No cash refunds shall be permissible.

USE OF CONTENT

All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, or any combinations thereof appearing on this site, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned or used under licence by the business and/or its associate entities featured on this Website. The use of these properties or any other content on this site, except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the site content, is strictly prohibited.

ACCEPTABLE APP USE

The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, and damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of the Chungath Jewellery App or their breach of the terms.

The User agrees that neither the Company nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained, messages received, or transactions entered into through the service, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the User's transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The User further agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or exemplary damages, whether such interruption, suspension, or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

The User agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the User, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party on the service. In sum, in no event shall the Company's total liability to the User for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
